A unique roll cake inspired by Japanese patisserie and Filipino cuisine. We call it " Chifflan Roll", an original creation by us. Soft chiffon sponge rolled with flan/caramel creme & mascarpone whipped cream. Not your typical roll cake or roulade!

Flavour
Chifflan Roll
Soft and light roll cake with chiffon cake sponge & Leche flan, makes our “Chifflan Roll”, a party size length of 38cm for each batch of roll cake, great for casual event & family treat.
Caramel Dalgona
Vanilla chiffon sponge rolled with classic Leche flan, Korean toffee candy dalgona mascarpone chantilly cream, finished with lightly salted caramel glaze and dalgona candy pieces.
Pandan Kaya (*Top Choice*)
Pandan chiffon sponge rolled with pandan flavoured Leche flan, homemade coconut jam kaya, mascarpone chantilly cream, finished with simple whipped cream decor.
Ferrero (*Top Choice*)
Rich chocolate chiffon sponge rolled with chocolate Leche flan, Nutella spread, roasted hazelnut, chocolate chantilly cream, finished with semi-dark chocolate coating with mixed nuts & crispy feuilletine.
Ube Taro (Purple Yam)
Ube chiffon sponge rolled with Ube flavoured Leche flan, ube halaya jam, mascarpone chantilly cream, finished with taro cream simple decor.
Classic Roll
Soft and light roll cake with our signature chiffon sponge recipe, filled with fresh cream & filling, for sharing, small celebration or a weekend treat.
Cookies n Cream with Nutella (*Top Choice*)
Chocolate chiffon sponge rolled with Nutella spread and Oreo cookies with mascarpone whipped cream. All time favourite for Oreo lovers.
Tiramisu
Chocolate chiffon sponge soak with coffee syrup and rolled with mascarpone whipped cream. Finished with fresh whipped cream coating and dusted with cocoa powder.
Black Sesame & Soya
Black sesame chiffon sponge rolled with vanilla mascarpone whipped cream. Finished with fresh cream with toasted soya powder.

*Our full size Chifflan roll (38cm) will be cut in half and packed into 2 boxes (19cm each).

We bake under the premise of private dwelling kitchen, so there are risks of cross-contamination or completely allergen free.
Please let us know if you have any known allergies or intolerance, while placing the order.
Ingredients Info: All of our cake contain EGG, MILK, WHEAT (contain gluten), SOYA ; TRACES OF NUTS, SESAME & TREE NUTS
Edible Colouring Info: Some colouring may contain E number which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children, please check our sticky label on the side of the cake box.
Some intense colouring may dye your tongue.
Storage Info (Fresh Cream Roll Cake): Please refrigerate as soon as possible following pick up or delivery, and keep refrigerated until serving.
DO NOT KEEP CAKES OUTSIDE FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR.
And consume within best before date listed on the sticky label side of the cake box.
Cake Aesthetic Info: Please allow small variance due to our cakes are all handmade and hand finished, at the end we are not a perfectionist robot.
