For all enquiries, please send us a message on our social media for the fastest response. When making a bespoke cake enquiry, kindly provide as much detail possible to facilitate a smoother process.
Minimum advance notice requirement of 7 days. We recommend providing additional notice during busy seasons or periods.
Our Bespoke cake service requires a minimum notice of 3 weeks.
For larger events, please allow as much time as possible.




Which Cake Is For Me?
The main deciding factor will be whether you prefer richness or lightness. Then, just choose whether you’d like it to be fruity, chocolatey, etc.
Our lighter chiffon-style cakes tend to be super soft and delicate, with a light, fresh whipped cream. They are easy on the palate and easy to indulge in with multiple consecutive spoonfuls—you might find yourself finishing the whole cake. See more.
On the other hand, our richer buttercream cakes are more dense and indulgent, rich in buttery flavor with our not-too-sweet buttercream. Take some moments to dedicate time to savor every spoonful, as these cakes, in contrast to chiffon, are made to be enjoyed at a slow and steady pace. See more.
How To Secure Your Order Booking ?
Send us a dm (preferably) or email, once we check availability and process the order, we kindly ask 50% of total payment to secure your order date or full payment (short notice orders). Your order is not secured until partially or full payment has been made. All payments must be cleared 7 days prior to delivery/collection or may risk cancellation at our discretion. Read more.
Delivery Charges & Collection
We are home bakers, and most of the time, we operate on a collection-only basis. However, we understand that some of you may not drive. In such cases, we can arrange delivery services for you. Please note that we don’t always have delivery slots available, so be sure to inform us upon booking if you’d like delivery.
We do have small charges for delivery fees within our local area. For deliveries outside Bridgend or tier cake deliveries, different rates apply. Please check for more details here.
Payment Method & Cancellation
We only accept bank transfer, our payment details will be stated on your booking summary. We do not accept cash. Full payment are all made prior to collection or delivery.
Cancellation may be accepted if given enough advance notice, please check our cancellation policy here.
Allergens Information
Please notify us of any allergies or intolerances before ordering. Our kitchen operates in private premises, and while we minimize risks, cross-contamination may occur hence our kitchen is not suitable to serve customers with any known allergens. Your safety matters, and we're here to help with suitable options. More info.
Pricing & final quotation
The final pricing for your order will be quoted depending on design complexity, flavour, delivery cost & any other additional requirements.
Alternatively, you may also provide us a ‘budget range’ to work with and we’ll do our best to meet your needs

Can I change my order date?
Yes, if you’d like to change or postpone your date. Please check with us first for availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your change request. If we are unable to accommodate your request it will be treated as you cancelling your order with us. Please check our cancellation policy here.
Do You Offer Gluten-Free/ Vegan Options ?
We would love to accommodate your request; however, our specialty lies in mastering chiffon cakes, and meringue is a key component of this recipe which uses eggs & flour. Currently, we are unable to find suitable alternative solutions to create the best version of vegan or gluten-free cakes.

Opening times: Technically, we have no opening times as we’re a micro home bakery but expect our oven to be running hot with cakes between Tue-Fri 11-4pm.
